Welcome To Your Phoenix Invisalign Dentist!
You no longer have to wear metal braces to get the healthy, beautiful smile you always dreamed of.
At 19th Ave. Dental, we offer Invisalign services to help our patients look great and feel confident about their teeth.
If you are interested in Invisalign, we can help you determine if it’s the right treatment option for you.
Here’s more on what Invisalign and is and how it can benefit your smile:
What is Invisalign and How Does it Work?
Invisalign is the most well-known brand of clear tray teeth aligners. If you decide to order the Invisalign trays, we will take a digital scan of your mouth so the first set of trays can be made.
Once you receive your Invisalign aligner trays, you just snap them onto your teeth and wear them day and night.
You will receive a new set every two weeks until the treatment is complete. Invisalign works by putting pressure on your teeth to straighten them to the correct position.
The trays are almost invisible, so people won’t even know you’re wearing them.
How to Care for Invisalign Aligners
Invisalign aligners should be worn non-stop unless you are eating or drinking anything other than water.
You should also remove them and clean them when you brush your teeth in the morning and at night.
Who Can Get Invisalign?
Invisalign has evolved since it first came out and can now be just as effective as braces.
However, Invisalign requires more effort and commitment from the patient to work properly. Like braces, the aligner trays can be uncomfortable. Some patients may not be disciplined enough to wear them for the full 22 hours each day.
Patients must also be willing to clean the aligners properly twice a day. Invisalign requires more time and effort from the patient, while braces are more of a hands-off treatment.
Some patients may not be able to use Invisalign if their teeth are too short.
Let’s get in touch so we can discuss your needs and help you figure out whether Invisalign is the right fit for you.
