Dr. Yakov Khaydatov
Dr. Khaydatov immigrated to the United States (Phoenix, AZ) in
1991 from Russia. He attended grade school and high school in the
Phoenix area then received his undergraduate
degree, a Bachelors of Science in Psychology, from Arizona
State University. He then moved to Boston, MA and graduated
with a D.M.D degree from Tufts University School of Dental
Medicine in 2009.
Dr. Khaydatov’s pursuit of a career in dentistry began by
accident at a young age of 16. He was a patient at 19th Ave. Dental
Care in need of a root canal treatment. That day, Dr. Marc Kay
offered him an opportunity to shadow him on a temporary basis.
This exposure sparked a genuine interest, which over the next 5
years as a dental assistant, fueled into a passion towards the field
of dentistry.
Dr. Khaydatov has been practicing dentistry in the Phoenix area
since 2009. Although he has been associated with 19th Ave. Dental
care since 1997, he became a Partner/Owner in 2015. When “Dr.
K” is not attending dental seminars to keep updated on the newest
dental trends, he enjoys his many hobbies. He is an avid basketball
fan (Go Suns!) and also enjoys swimming, working out at TruHit fitness, and traveling with his wife and two children.

Dr. Mark Budovitch
A Canadian native, Dr. Budovitch grew up in Toronto. He attended the University of Toronto where he received his undergraduate degree in Science with a major in psychology, and he later attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston where he received his dental degree.
Dr. Budovitch moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in 1996 and has been with 19th Ave. Dental Care since. He has completed hundreds of course hours in postgraduate dentistry. He is dedicated to the newest advancements in dentistry and keeps up-to-date with the latest technologies. He is frequently among the first dentist to perfect and use the newer, more advanced techniques and equipment.
Dr. Budovitch has years experience as a cosmetic dentist and has extensive training including veneers and implant restorations.
Dr. Budovitch is licensed in New York and Arizona. Locally, he is active in various civic organizations. When Dr. Budovitch is not practicing his passion of dentistry he spends most of his time playing piano, at the beach, playing Scrabble, watching the Phoenix Suns or playing tennis.
Dr. Rudolf Uvadyev
We warmly welcome Dr. Rudolf Uvadyev to 19th Ave. Dental Care. Dr. Uvadyev grew up in Phoenix, AZ and attended college at Long Island University in New York, where he obtained a Bachelor in Biology degree.
From there, he attended dental school at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Illinois completing his DMD degree in May 2019. In the beginning of 2020 Dr. Uvadyev has relocated to Phoenix, AZ with his wife and newborn child.
Since then he has been an associate at two large private dental practices in Phoenix. Dr. Uvadyev participates regularly in continuing education courses, in all areas of dentistry to maintain progressive skills in general dentistry.
He is a member of the Illinois Dental Society, Arizona Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. In his free time, Dr. Uvadyev enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and is an avid car collector.
Dr. Boris Suleymanov
A dedicated and highly ambitious Doctor of Dental Medicine, Dr. Suleymanov has profound knowledge and clinical experience in providing dental care in accordance with evidence-based practices. He is able to manage various dental equipment, sterilization, and communicating with patients to explain planned dental procedures, leveraging knowledge of implant, root canal, and oral surgery as well as exhibiting friendly, gentle, and caring attitude during all dental procedures. As a self-driven individual with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, Dr. Boris Suleymanov has the ability to communicate effectively and can quickly learn from experienced professional in providing the best care.
In 2014 he relocated to Cleveland Ohio to attend Case Western Reserve University, School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Suleymanov graduated in 2018 as a Doctor of Dental Medicine. Then, ge completed the James M. Rozanski General Practice Residency the following year in New York to begin a career in private practice. He speaks English, Russian and some Spanish, and is an active member of the American Dental Association, and board certified to practice dentistry in both the State of New York and Arizona.
Melissa Ulloa
Melissa Ulloa was born and raised in Paramount, California and moved to Arizona with her family in 2005. Melissa has always had an interest in dentistry. Melissa has been working for 19th Ave Dental Care since July of 2014 and could not imagine working with a better team. She is an expert on treatment planning and creating financial options that work for you.
Melissa has three beautiful daughters Alyssa, Emberly, and Catalina, and enjoys traveling with her family.
